Idk, but I just bought Dolf De Roos book "Real Estate Riches" and fell in love with real estate and have been hard core reading about it ever since.

Please advise on this property:72 unit apartment building in a cul-de-sac, built in 1978, all 1 and 2 bedroom units. 1 Bedrooms go for $375 and 2 bd for $425.Now they're asking $1,000,050 in a short sale.Their current occupancy is 15 out of 72 units.

Same story in nearby New Castle County, Delaware.

For us new investors trying to get our foot in the door, it can be really de motivating to hear someone like you talking down to him.I think the purpose of these forums are to encourage each other to succeed.

Our set of duplexes are all on Lonesome Wind Way - it's a set of 5 duplexes around a cul de sac, so essentially the whole street is ours. 

And you have to be in a very good school district as well.I'm up in rural Northern Delaware county...about 8 miles north of where they are dropping the new outlet mall.

Unless we make a trip to Delaware I pay sales tax...  

I am looking for a mentor I have actually considered moving to Atlanta so I could be around like mine dedicated people.... seems as if no one wants to help out in the Jersey Philly Delaware tri-state area man..... everyone I come across says no or just join your local REIA like.....
