Hello friends and family, I live in the Dallas/FW metroplex, i'm new to RE investing and i find wholesaling very appealing, i am looking to possibly get connected to some wholesalers in the area, pick their brains and learn a few tricks to the trade.

Right now I'm reading and learning about the ins and outs of managing a rental property which will probably consume most of my REI brain-space for the next few months.

Hire out or partner up with someone that can complement you to get other things done.I am 59 years old and I found BP about 6 months ago when I was slowly recovering from a brain annurism and a stroke and trying to find something I could do part time.
