I dont have experience buying but have looked into it, from what I can tell, if you buy it at a tax auction, The owner has a certain amount of time to reclaim the property.

I think I’m more focused on long term gain, some short term cash flow is nice but I’m not planning to try and live on it or anything.

I've come to the same conclusion for my properties when it comes to dynamic pricing tools.

My goal is to create cash flow and gain financial independence to where I can leave my full-time job.
