An example would be smoke and carbon monoxide (co) detectors - in the past we were not asked to note their presence or location, but in the past many years (I can't remember when it started), most lenders added those observations into their assignment conditions.

Of course I have my standard list of requirements which takes top priority.If someone smokes or vapes at their car before or after a showing, it is a red flag for me as that is a prohibited activity in my listing.

I just ordered one after realizing that there's an option to pilot in one STR to start, as well as the additional capabilities of monitoring motion, listening for smoke alarms, and integrating with smart home systems, which I use pretty heavily to automate check-in/out.
