Self published books are the worst culprits, as @J Scott said, but even the big publishing houses are cutting down on proofreaders.

Once in awhile I wish we could have a 4th month, so we woulndn't cut so close with evictions :)

Then why not replace the kick plate, cut it out and replace it, it's a board?

Me, at your age, I'd get the sazall out and cut the wood off.

But in this case he doesn't take any profit until the job is done and you get your cut.

Many states require a certified bio-hazard team to come and clean up if it was a suicide with bodily fluids involved,(blood from gun shot, cutting etc.) though if it was a hanging or OD a bio-hazard team is generally not required.

Technology is great and it can give you and edge but not when every agent, old & new, is probably doing the same thing.

How much is the "fee or cut" they get from finding someone who will lend to you.How are they finding these lines of credit?

Replace the cabinets now, find some generic tiles to replace the cracked ones before they break and have sharp edges?

It's worked out for me and I don't cut any breaks after the 5th on my late fees because I gave them a more than reasonable grace period.
