My market, my country are currently impossible to expand, a property here in my home town sells for about 100K us dollars, and the rent on that property is 150 to 200 us dollars tops, we have an anual total of taxes of 45% of that income, the same is more or less all over the country.

@John Sherwood you don't give many details about the area of the country this is in, but if this is in a good area (B class), and if your numbers include property management then this doesn't sound too bad on the surface.
