I'm going to start sending out a lot of marketing in the triangle and am looking for investors that are experienced in the area that can be my boots on the ground.

It's no guarantee but it's a good place to start.

If it were mine, I would have the same company come out that did the install and refurbish the area back to its original condition.

In other words, have your ducks in a row for the refinance (usually 2-3 weeks for a DSCR cash out refi) and then start shopping.

Insurance has been crazy in Tampa and im curious to know if anyone that does buy and holds has any good insurance companies they can recommend that aren't charging outrageous rates.

I am also concerned that when the economy starts to weaken, the more rural areas will get even more challenging.
