So just listing on zillow can actually have realtors ignore/block you since you aren't part of the club.However, my experience has been that zillow by FAR gets more views than any mls/realtor websites.  

But it you don't, the HOA may be able to block you from renting it.When buying at a foreclosure auction, you MUST do careful due diligence on your own.

I suppose my view of the Fix/Flip market being super competitive is colored by the mainstream news stories talking about how "hot" the flipping market is in Phoenix, and even seeing TV shows featuring some of the locals.
