She and I came up with the idea of using her CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to 'virtually stage' the duplexes right after I close on them and start selling them using a possible landing page attached to a MLS listing to show the finished product as I am rehabbing.

Especially in this stage of the market when inventory is tight and it can be awful nice to sit on the sidelines for a bit passively generating income while waiting for the turn of the market.My best advice to clients who are seeking these is to make sure and work with someone who has the mindset and skill set of a commercial realtor.
