@Emily LangeThe fact that you put a plan together and put it in writing means you are already light years ahead of most people.

My thought process was that 7/11 most likely isn't very high on that list and they may have exhausted or failed to convince some of those flagship brands to move in. 

I added crown & a light rails to the entry level cabinets in the kitchen, I even used appliance paint to spray the yellow brass ceiling fans to a nice bedroom worthy white.

I'm brand new and still in the researching stages of REI.

Had he been a contractor, I could have fired him, but since he is one of my tenants, I felt I needed to tread lightly.

Hi everyone,We are a brand new fund that will soon close our small $2M capital call to buy Single-Family homes in the $250K-400K range in Indiana.

Folks would be loving their brand new home and unrealistically low mortgage payment for a year.  

There is still a balance of $255 that has not been deducted.Thing is not only was the damage done but the landlord left the tenant without heat or lights for 5 days, with power still surging into the house system. 

I am absolutely brand new to real state investing and have a lot to learn and have no idea where to start. wondering if you might be able to help me out with some guidance and suggestions.
