I would strongly suggest to: (a) Get a market analysis for rents, print it out and present that to tenants when presenting the new lease terms.

They are very good products but sometimes the small print gets people.

If you get more than one estimate, read the fine print and know what you are getting and that you are comparing apples with apples.

In digging through their website, they won't finance me buying and moving a home, but  I was surprised but in the fine print it mentions: Age of Mobile Home – In most states, no restrictions apply.
