And yes, I can maximize profit and be an excellent landlord that offers a great place to live, at the same time.One of my clients holds a number of apartments that he lets another associate of mine arbitrage for short term travelling nurses. they have just made an awesome gesture allowing the health professionals on the front lines of this FREE rent.. of course it takes both parties to agree to this the owner has to allow the arbitrager to not pay payments and the arbitrager needs to be able to go without income..

5/11 - got the keys to the property :)5/12 - title24 submitted to the city (have an amazing structural engineer if you need one)5/12 - removed a Privet & Boxwood (PV Tree Services is awesome!  

My exchange accommodator has been awesome explaining the whole process and she said as long as the combined replaced purchase price exceeds the sales price from the property sold then it is a valid exchange.
