From the leases and addenda, move-in condition forms & walk-throughs to letters authorizing cable/satellite/internet installs, and new PO Boxes new tenants are time consuming.  

well I don't know the area so I can't really speak with any authority regarding location....often price point is far below other considerations.

I am working on a potential wholesale deal on a portfolio of rental properties and want to make sure I'm looking at it correctly.I am evaluating each property individually, and then summing them all up into one group of numbers (asking price, purchase price, monthly income, monthly expense, etc.).

BP on the other hand is comprised largely of a huge number of individuals that willingly share smaller amounts of information pertinent to their experience which will fill in a particular gap in understanding of the BP audience at large. 

Im interested in broadening my network to like minded individuals or people that have gone through this and maybe continuing the dialogue offline.

On the race subject, personally, I believe if an individual is skeptical of you because of the color of your skin than there is nothing you can do to build credibility with this person. 

In fact, more companies are choosing to close in an LLC to avoid the laws that protect individuals. 

I was told that Bigger Pockets is a great community of like-minded individuals and would be able to find a wealth of knowledge on where and how to begin Investing!
