I came across an article on here about vacation rentals and how they can be a smarter option.

We met with many of the players mentioned in the article when they wanted to learn about our company and how we managed our properties, but beyond that, we don't have a connection to the industry or a reason to be mentioned in the article. 

I have learned so much by their high quality articles and authors.

I have done some research and seen some youtube videos but I have no idea if they are sponsored articles and videos that aren't telling the whole truth. 

Just stumbled across the article called "Philadelphia City announced wage tax reduction starting July 1, 2017" It says new wage tax for Philadelphia residence is 3.89%Surprisingly enough I didn't hear about that sooner.

For example, i've read some articles that suggest taking the NOI and divide by typical cap rate in your area to help determine the properties value.
