It also includes common forms that you can edit and use.Their web site is a free resource with links to your state law but I highly recommend the book for some of the practical advice they provide.Thank you very much, you're always on target with your answers.I searched for "every landlords legal guide" and a few types came up, are there a few versions?

Your next step is to complete the eviction process which you initiated the first day rent was late. if you didn't do that, you just wasted a whole months rent. as soon as you finish reading this comment, go download your local landlord tenant regulations. then use them to post your local version of a 5 day notice to pay or vacate. you can also read up on your local laws surrounding abandonment.
