I sit on a board which is actively involved in litigation against a property owner who is running an AirBnB in a community which expressly forbids it. 

Larkspur has tons of great activities people come from long distances. 

I'm a Wholesaler that just moved back to Raleigh, NC a few months ago. I am looking to network with investors and fellow wholesalers in Wake, Durham, Orange, Nash, and Johnston Counties. 

Typically, the problem of getting financing comes from folks who are "self-employed" but have income coming from all sorts of irregular activity.

I would notify that I am actively marketing it for rent and will only withhold what is necessary up to the notice period I should have received.

Definitely recommend if you want to network with active real estate pros in greater LA.
