So, what do I think of News Corp acquiring Move?

Anyone on here have experience with acquiring these kinds of deals ?

I'm looking to acquire in the $80-150k range (even if that means a little fixing up).  

In under 7 years Ive acquired 21 rentals, over 70 storage units, and 2 commercial bldgs. 

My wife and I are in the process of acquiring two four plexes next door to each other.

Total purchase price and costs of acquiring the property, and get it ready to start generating the numerator. 

Any ideas on how I can go about acquiring this property with the lease amount in tax possible for my uncle?

I'm taking the lowest just to be careful.My plan is to 1. acquire via hard money with 10% down rent it out and then refinance to get all cash that I put in the deal out via a portfolio lender or delayed financing.
