I live in Western MA (border of VT and NH) There's lots of great places to go, I've heard Okemo, Stratton, and Killington are nice.

Oak Hills, Western Hills, Price Hill, Delhi, etc. are west side.

Local Portfolio Lender #1 - This is a local lender but they lend in most of the western states.

Buyer is responsible for everything, repairs, taxes, insurance, bills, everything and it's a part of the contract to keep everything current and in good standing including building codes and or violations which must be done in an orderly fashion.

I tried to buy from New Western but they are too good.

These credits are sold to urban developers, who will use them to boost development density in the western urban growth area of the county by 160% above base permitting (from 22 to 58 units/acre @ 7 stories) and, soon, in the South Lake Union explosion in Seattle. (20 new skyscrapers planned beyond the current tech boom.) 

I'm a licensed General Contractor in Western MA/Springfield area as well as an REI.

The regular framed stuff have never really gone out of fashion.

Although, I sometimes get push back from old fashioned tenants, I really love the idea.I am not here to tell you what to do, but I prefer AppFolio.

Does anyone have any brokerage recommendations for Western NY?
