You might just have the scrape/wipe the walls, repair a little drywall and paint some areas.I had a tenant set my kitchen on fire in one of my rentals once and it didn't turn out to be that bad.

The realtor is telling me the bank isn't accepting financing because a bunch of the walls are opened up, and ripped out two of the three bathrooms (house had lots of mold, bank had a contractor come in and remove it all, but never did the rest of the repairs).

. :) i'd get fired if i had a clear image of my head. there are plenty of people on here that have pictures of their buildings, their backs (@steve babiak ), their dogs, etc, etc.why would not allow me to put a picture of the Great Wall of China?

That actually happened to me the neighborhood was throwing broken furniture over a block wall into my yard I took a picture of the wicker furniture in her yard and it matched what was thrown it my yard.

We'll be gutting the thing and replacing most every surface; however the layout is ok so we wont be doing anything in the way of moving walls/etc.
