I would focus on getting your personal finances in order and build a strong foundation, while you learn more about real estate, before you pull the trigger on a property. 

If you can live with the worst case numbers, pull the trigger. 

I have a couple of questions that may trigger other considerations.1.

If you are analyzing a deal and are happy with the numbers then you should pull the trigger.

I believe the transfer could trigger a due on sale clause, and even if it doesn’t, it’s much harder to get favorable loans under an LLC than under your personal name.
