I'm closing on a 16 unit in Atlanta on Friday.

I'm closing on a place next Friday, and will probably be heavy with the rehab before I head home for christmas, but I'll put the meetings on my calendar and see what it looks like.

In general, I think they are all similar to:  Friday after 5pm to Sunday night only. 

Mylo's (my 'Go To' meeting place) is closed until Friday but if you wanted we could meet somewhere else Thursday for coffee to discuss it or meet this weekend.  

I decided to sell the property (yes, the buyer knows the background) and have it under contract to close this Friday. 

I interviewed with KW last month and a smaller, higher commission local brokerage on Friday.

I'd like to think my success in real estate has more to do with the fact that I work 80+ hours a week at it, on Friday nights when I could be out I am reading and searching forums, am constantly attending meetings and seminars, and make about 500+ cold calls a week, but maybe not.    

I was the highest bidder on a house which closed on a Friday and they needed all the paperwork, earnest money deposit, and proof of funds all within 24hrs.

My property manager has been closed for the Christmas holiday so today (Friday) was the first day I could ask about it, but the list price and contact info were correct today so I didn't mention it to them.

I am attending the $200 dollar seminar here in Atlanta on Friday.
