Any advice on working with tech employers for placing rentals for 30-day stays / MTRs for corporate housing in the Bay Area?

The cans need to be rolled to the curb twice a week and the city limits the time they can be out, from the evening before pickup, to the night of pickup. 

The website isn’t very helpful.

My strategy is that, best case scenario, I will take over his hard money loan or come in with a private money loan to pay off his hard money loan and to rate and term the hard money -- private loan. 

And year 2 through 5 now lose $200 of depreciation expense causing taxable income to go up for each of those years.

I too am active duty and have utilized my VA several times to expand my portfolio as it is a great tool to use if you’re willing to live in the property for the required 12 months.

I have had several Colorado LLCs (single member LLCS with one single family residential rental per LLC, so very small-time) for a decade, and always file my periodic report so am in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State, but have only just heard that I need to file a BOI report before the end of the year.
