At the very least BP should show his profile so that people like me, who go through and read the posts written by subject matter experts, can keep learning! 

I can understand the renter profile is different for a MU renter than a SFH renter, so I am looking for a PM who would is willing to take up MU PM and actually does it well.

Appreciate @Brian Garlington talking about "...cashflow...based on vacancy rate, repairs, capital expenses, taxes, insurance, etc..." or @Chris May (who needs a profile pic) and @Sean Cole who remind me to back up my offers with data!

@Brandon M.If you don't want to see keyword updates from a certain member you can go to your profile settings and blacklist that member on the keywords page.But I think there are some bits of experience in Michael's post.

Then you see their profile, and they have less than 5 postings. 3 of them are basically endorsements for the guru.
