Does anyone know of a software that will let me create custom marketing PDF's for commercial property?

I have always done some notes and then scanned in receipts and other documents (now I scan everything - so all records are electronic).If you want to get fancy with an iPad / smart phone app, Happy Co is some awesome inspection software that would could do some amazing documentation with (both safety and condition report inspections).Hope this helps.

On my current deal, I have 0 cash in the deal, just sweat equity.Good tools (software) helps a lot.

We do use bird dogs and REI includes a bird dog software that allows your bird dogs to submit properties and then track where you are in process so both sides are up to date.
