Marco Santarelli, while I generally agree with your first paragraph, the city of Detroit is too large to paint with one broad brush.

Time and money are both better spent learning better ways of accomplishing your goals legally and they are available to learn right here on BP (at least by way of introduction to them) and Mike Hasson gave you some specific ideas.  

@Brandon MorleyC-Corps have become more popular in recent times with the introduction of the flat rate of 21%However, you should be careful as the rate may increase in the future depending on if the democratic party comes into office.C-Corps only make sense in rate situation for small businesses.

I have been listening to the podcasts and really have found the information useful.I'm not sure how these introductions are supposed to work...but there you have it!
