@Andrew Johnson  I just bought a place in Vegas for the same reason.. much of my income comes from states like FLA with no state income tax.. and other states like SC with very low tax.bringing it all back to OReogn then paying 10%  I will MORE than pay for the home I am buying in Vegas just out of income tax savings alone.. plus get out of Orygun crap winter.. snow bird as it were.

I was talking to a gentleman named Tim who does snow removal up around Aberdeen and he said he used to do a lot of work with you.

Other concerns I would have are climate factors, like heavy snows in northern states that can damage the roof, or  the possibilities of tornadoes in the heartland.

@Ukiah Austin I've been working with my sister who is based out of Ocean Pines, but does work in Salisbury, Snow Hill, and surrounding areas.  

Shovel snow and do grass ant little stuff like the boiler for a discount?  

A lot of my clients over look landscaping, snow removal and common area cleaning when they run numbers.
