@Kevin Taylor new real estate agent here, I currently work with investors in the Bay Area and Central Valley, CA and one thing I noticed is majority of them do not have a MS in Real Estate and if they do have a degree it’s not in real estate.

@Kumar GauravTo raise a family, I’d recommend North Bay, cities like Sonoma, Santa Rosa and Petaluma are nice but you need at least 750 K or more to find something descent.

Hello folks,I have a Duplex in East Bay where the incoming water pipe/meter (according to EBMUD records) is 5/8".I am planning to add 2 ADUs in the backyard.My question is - will the existing water service be sufficient to server the 2 additional units?
