find local licensed RE schools a walk, short drive or bus ride away and check their yelp reviews before signing up.i got my RE ed while matriculated at college (NYU) but that is the more costlier route unless u can land a full scholarshp or something!

I love the idea of earning income while still living in my home so it works well for me and it sounds like your son being in college using the home secondarily as a vacation home makes perfect sense!
