Buy a townhouse in this development near where I live called Sea Colony:Details: $860k for a comfortable townhouse.Pros:Comfortable place to live for the next few years, and I’d still have liquidity to invest elsewhere.It is still in my current community where all of my friends live, so I would still be where I want to be location-wise.Will get appreciation.Cons:High HOA fees ($660/month) and potential 10k special assessment in the next few years.Likely won’t cash flow after we move, so unsure whether it would make sense to hold.3.

Hi everyone, I recently started a STR cohosting business in the greater Philadelphia area.

New to the forums.

Will all the money put in during the the first calendar year qualify?

It has been doing great as an STR for the last two years.

Long story short I signed a Buyer's Agent agreement with an agent who we had purchased through (they were listing agent on one we bought) and liked.

Meaning: Instead of the app being submitted in 2 days or so, it's taken weeks. :-(  We are only staying with the bank because the rate is so advantageous and the terms are as well.
