From what I've read online fiberglass seems to last longer, cheaper, and be more low maintenance, but most of this information came from fiberglass companies, so not sure if its true/bias.

Are you also reaching out to buyers by different means such as posting on online sites such as CraigsList or FB Marketplace in those markets?

I think I am going to go with Tenant Cloud for my software they seem to provide a nice streamlined service and I like that it keeps everything in one place it's all online and I can screen, accept applications, and list my property right from there.

PS: As background, I researched the prospective tenants' social media online & would have been reluctant to rent to them.

They are already overworked and lots of new cabins coming online.

With that said, if you are a good underwriter and deal finder, you will be able to find partners if the numbers are real and make sense, but you build relationships like that in advance through local real estate meetups and online meetups, etc.
