The issue is it has been 11 days and I still did not get my deposit back.

Rent at the time was $1000/month and I was making only about $250/month net after all my expenses at the time.

Also might be worth mentioning, my wife and I will be inheriting a couple apartment complexes in both Japan and the US.

My first investment property was and is as successful as I thought it would be, thankfully.

Greater Sarasota County allows 30+ rentals, but nothing shorter.Lakewood Ranch was "up and coming" in 2004 and is a great master planned community but probably is not ideal for STR as there is no natural draw. 

I know my end goal is to get into real estate and become an investor, and I feel like college is holding me back.
