@Dima Kassim , I use a couple of smaller local banks for our properties - Have also gotten some lights-out financing from them as well (i.e. commercial paper, 20% down 30 yr amortization & 15 year terms... at interest rates that are nearly non-commercial)... here in the Lehigh Valley Embassy and American Bank.My tenant that was affected is with BB&T.

Since most Americans are employees I would think others are having the sticker shock since many people/employers missed the changes in withholdings?

We went with Jonathan Knowlton (Allstate in Lewiston, ME) recommended by @Matthew McGuire who quoted a $693/year seasonal insurance from American Modern.

And rightfully so.. so many wanna be investors with no money got into this stuff and really harmed many good americans.. its sad really.
