If I was uber rich and owned an ocean front retreat, I pretty much 100% guarantee that I would be against STRs in my neighborhood, and so would everyone else on this board.Are you down for a hotel opening up next door to your own residence?  

First , Jay Papasan Co author of "the one thing" and his wife , they have an amazing retreat for couples , on how to be on same page, getting goals etc..

But it wont be always going up you will have markets that level and maybe retreat .. you will have credit become tight you will have interest rise we all know this.
