With that in mind if we exclude the medical contracts there is not enough work coming in to sustain a 40 hour work week for our shops.

I am currently listening to "The 4 Hour Work Week" by Tim Ferriss and wow is that changing perception.

I really like it here; they value work-life balance (30-40 hour workweeks), and I never have to travel unless I want to.By the way, I'll be in Dallas during Jan 23-25 for work, so I thought maybe we could meet up for coffee or something.

I work a 40 hour work week at a different job then evenings and weekends I do real estate. 

Weighing the options of buying turnkeys due to a full time job taking up the entirety of my work week.

I am on a 4 hour work week and can't be bothered with the day to day details of your old properties.

There is no 4-hour work week in the Turnkey business!!!!
