Is it still being done by direct mail, bandit signs, cold calling to get the phone ringing with possible seals?

Maybe get a Google phone number and provide that because your phone will be ringing all the time.

You're going to have to get in the ring with them and brawl.

Last year the phones are ringing off the hook with my direct email and this year my phones are ringing a whole lot less and everybody thinks are sitting on diamond mine. 

Keeps ringing in my head: "Learn to live on pre-tax money."

Thank you @Ryan Blake, I will be looking at attending local meet ups after our wedding is behind us.  

The one I host is this week on Wed (meetup.com/abqreia) the other 2 local meetups are listed on the meetup.com website as well (NMACRE and Lets talk real estate). 

Not a huge concern out here, but depending on the cost you could go with a few ring doorbells and a combo lock if it were cheaper.

The estate agent kept asking us to make and offer and saying that we should at least toss something into the ring.

They will not be able to un-ring that bell...To those that are suggesting to go to the police, I don't think that will get you anywhere and will almost certainly be looked upon with disdain by the cops.
