When working with lead I used proper equipment, HEPA filters with a properly fitted half-face mask, and used excellent hygiene (washing/showering, not eating, not smoking, careful handling and so on) and still became lead poisoned. 

This also wasn't a big deal since the numbers wash out in the end. 

Oh I would so love to bring back a load that is just washed, and smells fresh. 

It may be slower but it works out to a wash in the overall scheme of things.

It is a car wash that is well established in a  tertiary market. 

Paint with washable paint so tenants can use a magic eraser to wash the walls.  

At some point you’re going to pay taxes on 401k and traditional ira so that is a wash.

Whereas a well would provide access to an underground fresh water source.Many older rural homes would have a cistern for non-consumable water needs such as toilets, washing machine and outdoor faucets. 

Do I have to pay taxes on the $15k, or does it wash out due to the reinvestment back into another property?

I’m looking for ways to cover the expense of the water and electricity and I’m looking at “coin” operated washing machine.
