If you were wanting to get into vacation property, which I know nothing about, I'd suspect you would want something that offers a spectacular view and close proximity to city activity (Fox theater, Washington St, Soulard, Arch, Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village, Savvis Center, etc.).

Warrendale / University / Rosemont (et all) English Village are some of the areas that are good and I invest in but there are others with no names that I know of and are just "North of X and S. of Y" etc....2.

This is a good thing since the property is almost an hour away from me.Another interesting thing about this house is that it's located on a street that is being completely repaved and redone thanks to The Villages.
