Chris, you’re certainly entitled to your opinion, and yours is at valid as mine.  

Your standard landlord policy isn’t going to be valid.  

If we lived in Satellite, we probably would get gas and use the Commissary more.

In Tennessee, absent a specific early termination clause in your lease, it's generally difficult to evict a tenant before the lease ends without a valid reason.

Your concerns are not valid.

In fact one they “buy in” they become downright hostile to anyone questioning the validity.  

I would never do this unless you have a seriously valid reason.I don't care what my lead is as long as they are motivated.We don't discriminate.
