I called the county recorder and discovered the road was never dedicated as a county rd.

Our portfolio is finally passive but it took many years to get there.In today's market, generating lots of profitable deal is the time challenge for investors (not PM) and it takes networking, marketing, and direct to owner contact; so, we have pivoted to more passive investing with others who have full time staff dedicated to deal flow every day. 

I want to make a move back with the sole objective of dedicating full time to expanding my real estate portfolio.Thanks in advance to all who share!

I'm dedicated to my job and still working at 10 PM and I keep getting emails saying you're mentioning me. 

Especially for a first home, but its very doable for a first time homebuyer who can dedicate the time.

Either way, there is no need for dedicated internet connection for security or cameras, so it is a waste of bandwidth. 

No money dedicated to moving or eliminating interior walls. 

There's no right or wrong answer- I would just keep in mind the business won't magically blow up the week you drop out - you'll probably need to find a job & ask yourself which path will you learn the most and have the most time to dedicate to your RE biz.
