The fact that they don't have critical thinking skills and limited income/saving, makes them desperate and easy target.

It is really targeted at gross overuse.

You can also target a SFH that has a casita or has room for one to be built.

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

We do a pretty decent amount of land acquisition but we target specifically retail center points in rural areas.

@Grayson Chao look up WAREI on Facebook as that is a big active group of local investors and a number of meetups get advertised there. 

Also in close proximity to micron are more rural areas, like Phoenix (13135) and Lysander that could likely be targets of development in the coming decade.
