Mostly you're going to see that on high end expensive homes, where sellers only allow pre-qualified individuals to tout their homes.  

Instead, an individual should strive for self-growth and initiative and be aware of how they can add value to members of their team or those who have helped them.

The insurance would not be valid for two reasons:1) the insured “individual” is no longer the owner2) the insurance was for an owner occupant, not a rentalMost people DO change the insurance to reflect the llc as owner and as a rental.
