You might need a transfer stamp from the city to do so.

After passing the examination the candidate can make an application, on payment of stamp duty, to the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Trade and Agriculture within the Province in which they reside (or in which they have elected residence if they are a citizen of the EU), indicating the section or sections of the Roll in which they wish to be registered.To be able to operate autonomously as proprietor or partner etc. the registered estate agent must register their firm in the Company Register and must fulfill all the obligatory tax and welfare formalities.

Just tell him what area you want to target and if you want him to take care of the whole process or send you the letters to stuff and stamp and that's it.  

Slap your address and a postage stamp on some envelopes if necessary.

I also believe this gives me an added protection of an electronic "date/time stamp" in proving that notices were made timely.  

Obviously having an blue print from a stamped architect eliminates some of the risk and offers the contractor a path to success and completion.

@Brian Carvajal  Just thought I'd ad some other ideas that work for us as you say you're starting out.We use a local mailing company because we like it to be stamped from the local post office that it came "our city".We have used others, and whichever one you use, works.We like yellow letters for marketing.

Even if you mail merged and printed from your computer, stuffing 1500 letters and stamping them will take up quite a bit of time.

They will collect the doc stamps, record the title and you will get a copy with the recording information stamped and signed by the deputy clerk of court.

My clients have been pleased with how quickly their purchase turns into a tax deed and they avoid paying transfer stamps.
