Just yesterday, I visited two duplexes in the Magnolia Park neighborhood in Burbank that featured a spacious 3bd/1bth homes and a separate 1bd unit in the back.

It was built in 1907.Each unit is 1bd/1ba and pretty spacious.

I will be buying a spacious Duplex house, spacious kitchen and living room stair way up to three bedrooms with 1.5 baths, one full bath upstairs half next to kitchen (same for the next door). the person that had it almost finished the basement it is livable with nice ceramic bathroom, nice living room and potential for rooms. now i don't want to occupy these to make the most profit.

its very peaceful & quiet here, and have very spacious yards\lots.

The room is a bit more spacious, but you end up making connections mostly from the people that sit at your table, so if you need a new connection, either get comfortable moving around, or choose your table wisely each month.

For the long bedroom move the heater on the door wall to one up by the ceiling, makes the room much more spacious.

Lowest out of pocket cost option.Option 2) Open doorway to second bedroom and convert it to a living area to allow larger families more spacious living area.  

With most hotel rooms being only around 250 sqft, a Tiny Home can be more spacious.  

It's a very spacious (over 1,400 sq/ft) 3 bed 1 bath in a great location.
