Tenants and owners need to know that abrasive cleaners can't be used, only soft scrub types, and that mats need to be lifted so as not to trap water against the reglazed surface.Some of the big complexes use this method, its a lot cheaper than replacing tubs, ceramic walls and countertops.We've used it primarly on properties that we're selling were there are out of date colors like pink tubs, green tubs, etc. typically from the 1950 to 1970.

In my most recent remodel I used:- off-white for bathroom- different off-white for ceiling- white trim- soft yellow/tan for master bedroom- gray for bedroom- lighter gray for darker middle bedroom- gray/green for living room, kitchen and hallwayThe net effect is that the house "pops."

From that, subtract any improvement/building costs, subtract soft costs and subtract equity/profit that a developer would expect, and you can get an idea of what the land is worth.Sorry to be so vague, but it's unlikely anyone here can offer more detail without more information.

Make sure there is good ventilation because anyone breathing the fumes in for a longer time will be subject to brain damage.Once you got all your safety gear, get a metal bucket you can pour the stripper in and a natural bristle brush.
