I give you credit for setting lofty goals and taking action so young but you  should  reconsider who you are learning from. 

Hey Spencer, As of 2024, bonus depreciation is still available at 60%, but it is set to decrease to 40% in 2025, with further reductions planned for future years unless Congress takes action to extend or change the law.

My spouse and I didn’t learn our lesson here and took on a second partner in a real estate/restaurant operation and ended up again having to have legal action to sever the partnership when it failed.

Also, keep records of your contractor’s issues in case you decide to take legal action later.

While I have no interest in spending my time on a bunch of "ask-holes", actionable persons, there is simply no reason for $40k.
