For someone who is self managing a portfolio of rentals, any recommendation for bookkeeping books?

I plan to self-manage these properties and intend to operate my portfolio as a business, tracking all income and expenses while avoiding the commingling of personal and business funds.

On the negative side you will need to show how you will use the property to generate sufficient income.

Remember, the notion of amassing wealth without investing is a dangerous myth perpetuated by self-proclaimed experts.
