I'm absolutely not interested in leasing fast at all and I'm extremely picky about tenants and I do things like require a large security deposit (even for section 8 renters, I have three of them and love them), don't supply appliances, take my time doing background checks and arranging multiple calls/meetings with potential tenants. 

I think the person in the mirror has reached the top of the knowledge limit and needs someone that is an expert to move me to a higher level.

Not sure the extent but f the damage yet but the few things she told me about will go beyond the security deposit.  

YET those are the people all the "experts" are telling you to chase.OK  so what does this translate to?

If ODC cannot execute on their funds and are falling well short of performance expectations, then I'm not sure how any potential investor would feel secure in this new 'private credit fund'.
