If I hoard weapons and ammo, and the crap hits the fan........all i need to protect is my weapons stash and my family......Anything else I may need for survival is just a matter of grabing my guns and going out and "getting" it.       

Realtors are a "hub" and have a pulse on the MLS, so they were my weapon of choice as far as just getting houses to analyze.A hub in graph theory/network theory just means that realtors are connected to a lot of houses, and therefore they have the best chance of having a house in their belt that's a good deal.Beware - realtors don't know anything about investing in properties.

Looks like you are on the right track though I didn’t take the time to read your entire post; the fact that you have already done so much reading is a leading indicator of how well you’ll do (much like checking the cleanliness of a butt-stock will indicate how well the inside of the weapon is cleaned).One thing I did notice.

I agree that a master lease is a great weapon in your toolbox.

It depends on not only the facts, but how it is presented (and how the realtor defends themselves.)Ultimately I think he is wasting his time, but he seems like a person motivated more by self righteous motives.
