I respond to many posts here to help new investors, so I wanted to give out 5 tips that may help you on your journey if you are new.

The person I spoke with excited me about the possibilities; however, when it came time to deliver our XML file of properties, they quit responding, much like ShowMojo, making me think that they were not yet live.

Over the past 6 months, I have responded to probably 6 solicitations from area wholesalers (mostly yellow letters), and I have not received one single follow-up call!  

Save yourself from the HM rate and points plus the cost of refinancing later.Thanks so much for responding.

I've tried to get on the same page and come to agreements but he refuses to respond.

Never had a problem...I didn't use a traditional lease, but just asked them to email me their contact info and request for dates, then I would respond with a price and fianlize the transaction.

We have not responded to her. 

@Marquis Cobb When I first started I had a similar experience.When you are reaching out to people to be a loan sponsor for a deal and they aren't responding, what are you asking them to do?
