I have it secured in the basement of my home until we are finished and I take a load to the scrap yard.My son gets to claim and redeem the scrap metal we pull from the properties - it's a tradition that goes back to my youth when the ones in the family too young to work in the family business (fishing) got the scrap metal ... my baby sister once lucked out when we got fouled and broke a blade off a 500# brass propeller and the wheel had to be scrapped.My soon is planning on a new bicycle in the spring :-)

Get more education - get more money (yours or other people's money) and more experience along with mentors under your belt and then the experience of buying the first home and the wealth you will build bc of it will propel you forward. 

I met some good friends here on BP, one of them is my mentor, and he helped propel my investment career much more than I could have imagined.

And start with steps that will propel you forward in the direction of your dreams.

Yes, there is an opportunity cost to being employed otherwise, but the income that you receive may propel you further, if done correctly, than you could have gotten in the same 24 months if you were assisting an agent.

This mindset creates a constant thirst for learning that is never ending.Some people might see them as amazing but they see themselves as needing to evolve everyday to get better.That drive to increase by 1% more each day no matter how good they are propels them to have a very wide gap over time where they are head and shoulders above the rest.You are not competing against others but yourself in how far you can grow and get better.

I am also setting up online lead pages etc..Probably through Investor Carrot or Lead Propeller as I've seen other members use both of those with success. 

It's a way to reduce your own expenses, build equity, and break into an investment vehicle to propel you further once you leave.
